Our retail store has been established since 1991 when the existing business expanded from the Wholesale distribution of fruit and vegetables. Australia’s changing palate saw the need for the business to expand even further in 2005 to incorporate a full deli and gourmet grocery section. Our store is now able to offer everything from the freshest seafood bought in from the Sydney Fish Markets, to a full range of Charcuterie, gourmet Cheeses, Antipasti, gourmet take-away meals & salads, and Allpress coffee.

Seafood
Purchased daily, Tuesday’s through to Saturday’s, from the Sydney Fish Markets we source only the premium quality seafood available on the day. From Sashima grade Salmon or Tuna and Sydney Rock Oysters through to extra large Tiger or King Prawns and a full variety of filleted fish, you are sure to find something delicious and incredibly fresh. We can source whole fish, live Lobsters and Mud Crabs, cooked or green Blue-Swimmer Crabs, Balmain or Moreton Bay Bugs and most varieties of fish depending on the season. Orders for all seafood can be placed throughout the year (Christmas and Easter orders exclude Prawns and Oysters)
Charcuterie
Our Deli stocks a full selection of award winning Zammit Hams and Smallgoods, Kacznowski premium meats as well as the range from local suppliers Trunkey Bacon & Pork. Our salamis are made by a specialist European Gourmet Salami company, Ivan’s Smallgoods and feature Spanish, Danish & Milano Salami’s, Kulins, Zagreb and Campania to name a few. We also stock imported Prosciutto’s, Serrano & Parma Hams and the delectable Spanish Jamon Iberico. A full range of fresh meats are also available supplied by Orange’s M & J Butchery.
Zammit, Kacznowski & Trunkey Bacon & Pork have Christmas Hams available to order in both full and half Hams.
Gourmet Cheeses
We have an extensive range of local cheeses, from Old Telegraph Road Cheese Co., Maffra Cheese Co, Tarago Valley, Meredith Dairy, Mudgee’s High Valley Wine & Cheese Co. to name a few. In our imported cheese selection you will find Italian cheeses such as Provolone, Gorgonzola, Parmesans (Reggiano, Grana Padano & Buffalo Milk Grana), French cheeses such as Roquefort, St Agur, Pont L’Eveque, Fromage de Meaux, and English flavoured and Cloth Matured Cheddars and of course English Stilton.
Antipasti
With an extensive range of Antipasti you’re sure to find something delicious for your next function/party. From Italian Balsamic Onions to the highest grade local and imported Olives, to a full range of freshly char-grilled and marinated Antipasti. We also have a full range of cheese products, from Fetta’s to Buffalo Mozzarella to Labna.
Take-away Meals/Salads
We have a range of meal options available for lunches or just the days when you don’t feel like cooking. Freshly made meals are provided by Legall Patisserie, gourmet sandwiches are made daily in-store and a range of savoury Tarts and Filos give plenty of choice. We also have an exciting range of salads made in-store using only the finest ingredients and mouth-watering Cakes, sweet treats and fresh fruit salad.
